Sellick Partnership are currently working with highly reputable law firm in West Yorkshire where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Locum to join the business at the end of July/Early August.

The Role:

Undertaking general civil litigation including:

• Contractual issues

• Company and partnership disputes

• Neighbour and boundary disputes

• Landlord and tenant issues

• Contentious probate including Inheritance Act claims

• Wrongful/unfair/constructive dismissal

• Redundancy

• Discrimination cases and for employer

• Provide advice upon Settlement Agreements

• Divorce

• High net worth ancillary relief

• Children matters
