Are you an experienced civil litigator?

Are you familiar with the Civil Procedure Rules?

Do you enjoy getting stuck in to highly contentious work?

Do you live in the Birmingham area?

If the answer to the above is 'yes' then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

My client is looking for a civil litigation solicitor (or equivalent) to join their established and experienced team on a locum basis. As a full time civil litigation solicitor at this large public sector organisation you will be tasked with a wide range of highly litigious work, including: debt recovery, council tax arrears, and various disputes including breach of contract.

To join this successful team as a civil litigation locum you must be available at short notice and be familiar working under the Civil Procedure Rules. This is a full time role (35 hours a week) and requires office presence in the client's central Birmingham location.
