The Role

Urgently seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor for an urgent locum role based a commutable distance from Kent, London or Surrey. The successful Locum Civil Litigation Solicitor will be handling a varied caseload of Civil Litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, contested wills, partnership and other business disputes, negligence and contracts of employment to name a few.

Essential Experience

Applicants for this Civil Litigation role should have experience dealing with all aspects of Civil Litigation as well as having a general legal knowledge. Experience should include contract disputes, claims for land and inheritance act claims.
