A Local Authority based in Wiltshire is currently seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join the team on a locum basis.
Our client will consider candidates from either a public sector or a private practice background.
The successful Civil Litigation Lawyer will be required to take on a mixed caseload of litigation and adult social care matters, this may include:
- Deprivation of liberty
- Rent arrears
- COP applications
- Unauthorised encampment
Our client's offices are easily accessible by public transport and poses a great opportunity to join a friendly and reputable team.
This role is to begin immediately on a full-time basis for an initial period of 3 months, although it is likely to continue beyond that. There will be homeworking available once settled for this position.
