Claims and Inquest Manager
Contract - Full-time
£20-26ph
London

Experienced clinical negligence professional required to join an NHS trust in London for a minimum of 3 months. The successful candidate will be a graduate of Law and have at least 2 years' experience dealing with clinical negligence, personal injury or inquest work.

Key responsibilities of the Claims and Inquest Manager

  • Claims management under the supervision of the Head of Legal.
  • Overseeing non-contentious inquest work.
  • Interviewing health professionals.
  • Legal assistance and support.

Required skills and experience of the Claims and Inquest Manager

  • Law degree or conversion course
  • Experience of working with clinical negligence cases
  • Ability to work autonomously
