Excellent development opportunity to join a supportive, friendly team over a good length of contract within a London Local Auhtority.
The successful candidate will have experience in either of the areas of Contracts and Planning, but above all should have a good work ethic and willingness to learn. The duties may include:
Contracts and Procurement Law:
- Knowledge of public procurement rules
- Contract drafting/ report clearing skills
- Ability to give advice on contractual/commercial issues
- Ideally a basic Knowledge of TUPE and Data Protection legislation
- Drafting a range of Section 106 Agreements
- Case managing Planning Inquiries
- Advising clients both in writing and orally
- Drafting licenses and Agreements relating to highways matters

The role will be all remote and a courierer will be organised for equipment.
