Excellent development opportunity to join a supportive, friendly team over a good length of contract within a London Local Auhtority.

The successful candidate will have experience in either of the areas of Contracts and Planning, but above all should have a good work ethic and willingness to learn. The duties may include:

Contracts and Procurement Law:

  • Knowledge of public procurement rules
  • Contract drafting/ report clearing skills
  • Ability to give advice on contractual/commercial issues
  • Ideally a basic Knowledge of TUPE and Data Protection legislation

Planning Law:

  • Drafting a range of Section 106 Agreements
  • Case managing Planning Inquiries
  • Advising clients both in writing and orally
  • Drafting licenses and Agreements relating to highways matters
