Are you a Commercial Contracts Lawyer with Local Authority experience?
We are recruiting to an exciting opportunity within a highly-regarded North London Borough Council for an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer.
This is a remote working role paying £40 - £50 per hour, working full-time hours. The assignment will be for an initial 3-months and is expected to be ongoing.
Our client is looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer with hands on experience working within local government to join their team of contracts lawyers.
The duties of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Negotiating, drafting and amending contracts including
- Terms and conditions
- Data-sharing agreements
- Shared service agreements
- EU procurement
- Providing advice and assistance
