An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer experienced in Commercial Contracts and Procurement law to join a Local Authority in North Yorkshire on a locum basis.

This opportunity has an immediate start and will be ongoing whilst the organisation undertake recruitment to a permanent vacancy within their Legal Services Team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience gained within the public sector and will be confident in drafting, advising on and negotiating a range of commercial contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking up a varied workload, to include advising on terms and conditions, procurement and general contract advice.
