A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join a Nottinghamshire Local Authority. Our client is offering considerable flexibility in regards to home working.

The ideal candidate will already have Local Government experience, but candidates from a private practice background will also be considered.

The successful Commercial Contracts candidate will be required to draft, review and advise on a range of matters including, but not exclusive to:

  • Commercial Developments
  • Public Procurement
  • Partnership Agreements
  • TUPE
  • State Aid
  • Company Law
  • Construction Contracts

The contract is initially 3 months, however, it is likely that the contract will be extended beyond that.
