An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join an in-house legal team within a public sector organisation based in Birmingham

The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will undertake a mixed commercial caseload, including but not exclusive to:

  • Redrafting and negotiating a range of contracts including NDAs and MOCs
  • Contract disputes
  • Breach of contract
  • Data Protection breaches

Our client will consider applicants who are qualified solicitors or equivalent. However, it is essential that candidates have in-house commercial contracts management experience.

The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be available to work 4 or 5 days per week, initially joining on a 6 month contract but with the strong possibility of employment continuing beyond that.

Our client is offering homeworking opportunities after the first month.
