An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a Local Authority in West Yorkshire on a locum basis for an anticipated minimum period of 3 months.

The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be experienced in drafting/negotiating/advising on a range of matters. Previous experience gained within Local Government would be desirable, but not essential.

Day to day responsibilities may include negotiating/ drafting/advising on various commercial contracts including goods and services, IT and construction contracts. The successful candidate will also be required to advise on procurement matters and state aid.

Our client will consider a part or full-time working pattern, to include some home working.
