Sellick Partnership are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in South Yorkshire on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Commercial Contracts experience to take on a new challenge. The successful candidate will take on a varied and interesting caseload, including but not limited to:
- Advising on council decision making
- State aid
- Grant funding agreements
- Procurement matters
- Reviewing, drafting and amending commercial contracts
- Project work
The successful candidate must be:
- Work to deadlines under pressure
- Work with minimal supervision
- Contribute to the wider team
- Strong communication skills
Previous experience of commercial contracts is essential, alongside commercial awareness and a willingness to learn and adapt to new types of work. We are ideally looking to speak to candidates that are 4 years PQE minimum.
