Our client, a well-respected charitable organisation is currently seeking a Contracts Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis. The Commercial Contracts Solicitor role is based in Lincolnshire.

The successful Commercial Contracts candidate will be required to draft, review and advise on a range of matters including the following;

  • Intellectual property
  • Partnership agreements
  • Non-disclosure agreements
  • Charity law
  • Data protection

The charitable organisation is also offering 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, increasing to 28 after 2 years.
