Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a reputable University based in the East Midlands.

Candidates must be a fully qualified lawyer and have proven experience working a Commercial Contracts caseload.

The successful candidate will take on a varied commercial contracts workload, including, but not exclusive to:

  • Providing contractual support to the legal services team
  • Reviewing, negotiating and drafting a range of commercial contracts, including:
    • Collaboration agreements
    • Data processing agreements
    • Disclosure agreements
    • MTAs
    • Secondments
    • Fellowships
    • Studentships
    • Intellectual property

Our client will accept applications from candidates who are seeking either full-time or part-time employment.

This position will begin on a 6 month contract initially but there is a possibility that the role will continue beyond that.

The university are offering some flexibility with homeworking as well as a competitive salary.
