Our client, a Local Authority based in the West Midlands, is seeking a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their team for a period of 6 months initially.

Candidates must have experience dealing with a varied Commercial Contracts caseload from beginning to end.

The successful Commercial Contracts will take on a varied workload, including, but not exclusive to:

  • Taking instructions
  • Drafting contracts
  • Amending contracts
  • Negotiating with third parties

It would also be advantageous for candidates to have knowledge of EU procurement although it is not essential.

Our client with consider Commercial Contracts Lawyers who have either a private-practice or public sector experience.

This local authority is offering a flexible working pattern in terms of home working and condensed hours.
