Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join a large, well-respected public sector organisation based in Cheshire.
The Commercial Contracts Solicitor will be required to join the team for an initial 3-6 month period, with a possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be required to undertake a caseload of commercial matters which may include:
- Drafting, negotiating and providing advice in relation to various contractual matters such as:
- EU Procurement
- Goods and Services
- Social care contracts
- Constructions contracts - JCT and NEC matters
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a public sector organisation that are very accommodating of their employees, potentially allowing part time or condensed hours and some working from home.
While previous experience working within public sector is desirable, candidates from a private practice background will definitely be considered.
