Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Commercial Contracts Solicitor for a Local Authority based in the East Midlands. Our client can offer 2 days of homeworking for this role.

The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be required to take on a varied caseload, which may include:

  • Contract disputes
  • Breach of contract
  • Waste contracts
  • Framework contracts
  • Enterprise partnerships
  • NECs
  • JCTs
  • State aid contracts
  • Procurement
  • Terms and conditions

Previous public sector experience covering commercial contracts and procurement would be beneficial for this role.

This is a full-time temporary assignment and is to begin immediately on a 3 month basis, although it is likely that the position will be extended beyond that.
