Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer for a Local Authority based in the East Midlands. Our client can offer competitive rates and flexibility with home working.

Ideally, candidates will have previous public sector experience although candidates who have significant experience in an in-house role would also be desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to take on a varied commercial caseload, this is likely to include:

  • Construction Contracts
  • Procurement
  • State Aid
  • Breach of contract

This is a full-time position and is to begin immediately for an initial period of 3 months, although the role is likely to continue beyond that. Our client will also consider candidates who are seeking part-time work, although a full-time working pattern is preferred.
