This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Finance Analyst to either step in to or continue their development as a Commercial Finance Analyst for a fast growth, entrepreneurial organisation.
In this role you will explore growth opportunities both through organic and acquisition routes. You will take full ownership for the commercial analysis, reporting and delivery of the numbers to senior stakeholders including owners and have a value add input to the divisional strategy.
The organisation has grown significantly over the past 5 years and shows no sign of slowing down. You will have great opportunities for personal development both in terms of professional qualifications, promotions and to work and develop under a bright, driven senior management team.
- Business partnering with key stakeholders.
- Identify the key trends and drivers of the result.
- Trend analysis and investigate variances.
- Driving continuous improvement
- Review of P&L and cost to serve
- Business Partner to optimise performance, cost control and improve profitability.
- To lead and manage budget preparation
The commercial finance analyst will have direct access to senior management, take sole responsibility for the analysis of current trading, identifying and driving opportunities for growth and act as an advisor to the operations team to drive continuous improvement across the operations, sales and supply chain of the business. You will have a number of quick wins in a fast paced environment where you will be highly regarded and recognised for the successful growth of the division.
The commercial finance analyst will come from a fast paced environment, have the ability to work to demanding time frames, challenge senior stakeholders and experience in driving continuous.
You will either be qualified or studying towards your CIMA / ACCA or ACA qualification have plenty of finance analysis experience in a high transaction, big data organisation and a can do, driven, positive attitude to drive growth and change.
