Are you currently a Commercial Litigation Lawyer looking to move into Commercial Contracts work? I have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Lawyer to join the commercial team at a local authority.

The successful candidate will take on a caseload of:

  • Public Contracts Regulations 2015,
  • Range of commercial transactions
  • Procurement matters
  • Advising on social care and public health, construction, waste, and IT contracts
  • Projects of strategic significance to the Council

The role will also involve supporting collaborative and joint working with other local authorities and public bodies and supporting other Council client organisations.

In return, alongside being provided training and support to pick up a new are of law, you will receive a competitive salary, public sector pension and flexible working patterns.

They have two posts, one permanent and one as a 3 year fixed term contract.
