Sellick Partnership are working with a London Borough Council to recruit to a Commercial Litigation (Dispute Resolution) Lawyer opportunity.
This role will be offered on a locum basis for an initial period of 3 months, with strong likelihood of extensions. You will attend their London-based offices or courts 2 days per week and will receive an umbrella rate of £45 - £60 umbrella, dependent on experience. You will work full-time hours across 5 days.
This role involves advocacy and court attendance is mandatory, you will be dealing with a caseload of Commercial Dispute Resolutions Matters including:
- Debt recovery
- Commercial arrears
- Lease renewals (1954 Act Renewals)
- Landlord and Tenant Litigation
To be successful, you will have extensive experience in Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution from within the public or private sector, and experience with Employment Law is a bonus.
