My client, a rapidly growing specialist litigation and commercial law firm, are seeking a High Value Commercial Disputes Solicitor to join their busy team based out of their Leeds city centre office.
The firm uses legal expertise and digital tools to proactively manage, advise and deliver business solutions to reduce legal risk which sets them apart from their competitors. Enjoying good relationships with insurers, they have been rapidly growing with plans to be one of the top 200 firms by the end of the year.
The firm require a Commercial Disputes Solicitor with 5 years' experience of commercial disputes resolution to work as part of our High Value team in Leeds.
The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team and will have gained good experience of a broad range of Commercial Disputes disciplines. The team's principal areas of contentious practice include:
- Insurance, including issues of policy cover
- Shareholders' and directors' liabilities
- Commercial contracts
- Professional negligence
- Commercial property management
- Intellectual property and confidential commercial information
- Data Protection
