An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property and Planning Locum to join a Local Authority based in the East Midlands. Candidates with experience in either Planning Law or Property Law will be considered, candidates do not have to have experience in both areas of law.

The successful locum will take on a varied Commercial Property and Planning caseload, including, but not exclusive to:

  • Sales and purchases of land and property
  • Leases and licenses
  • Right to buy matters
  • Section 106's
  • Compulsory purchase orders
  • Planning enforcements and inquiries

This position is available on a part time basis of 25 hours per week. Our client is looking for someone to join the team for 3 months initially, although there is a possibility of the role being extended beyond that.
