Commercial Property Lawyer with Regeneration experience required to join a Central London based Local Authority. The Borough is one of London's most diverse and dynamic boroughs and has excellent public transport links.
Our Client is seeking an able, proactive commercial property lawyer with significant experience of regeneration projects to work in their legal regeneration team, for an initial 3 - 6 month period, with the view to extend further.
The borough's property regeneration lawyers sit within the Legal Business and Growth Team and provide clear, consistent and accurate legal advice to clients in the Regeneration Team and across the wider Council if necessary.
The successful Commercial Property and Regeneration candidate would be expected to provide legal advice on a wide range of property matters in relation to regeneration and CPO matters. They would also be expected to deal with:
- Acquisition and sales
- Commercial leases
- Lease renewals
- Advising on developments
- Landlord and tenant matters
This is a challenging role that involves taking responsibility for a mixed caseload of commercial and some residential property matters.
