We are delighted to be recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a popular Central London Borough Council on an initially locum 3-month contract, with the view to become an ongoing role.
As the role will involve regeneration work, those with prior experience of regeneration are highly sought, but our client is happy to train the Commercial Property Lawyer in regeneration matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer with Local Authority experience to be trained in regeneration and to work in this interesting field.
The Commercial Property Lawyer will be handling matters such as:
- Acquisition and sales
- Commercial leases
- Lease renewals
- Advising on developments
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Compulsory Purchase Orders
