An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a public sector organisation in West Yorkshire on a locum basis.

Our client is seeking a locum lawyer for a minimum period 3 months due to an increase in workload. The ideal candidate will have previous commercial property experience gained within the public sector although candidates with relevant experience gained within other sectors will be considered.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will take on a variety of commercial property matters, which may include:

  • Sales and purchases of land or property
  • Leases and licences
  • Compulsory purchase orders
  • Acquisitions and disposals

This opportunity is to start immediately and the ideal candidate will be able to work full-time hours. A flexible working pattern and home working may be considered.
