We are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in Birmingham. This is a long term locum position of 6 months.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will take on a variety of commercial property matters, which may include:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Leases and licences
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Tenancy Agreements
  • Compulsory purchase orders

We encourage applicants from either a public sector or a private practice background to apply for this role.

The position is for an initial period of 6 months and is to start immediately on a full-time basis. Our client can offer one day of working from home each week.

The offices of this local authority are based within walking distance of the train station and there are numerous parking facilities nearby.
