An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a Local Authority in Greater Manchester on a locum basis.

Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer able to hit the ground running with a caseload of property matters to include leases, licenses and acquisitions. The successful candidate will also likely be expected to assist with project related work within the Local Authority.

Previous experience gained within the public sector would be highly desirable although not essential.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be available to start this role at short-notice. It is anticipated that this locum requirement will be for a minimum period of 6 months.
