Sellick Partnership's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a thriving Local Authority in Bedfordshire. The assignment is for an initial 3 months with a view for extension.
As the Locum Commercial Property Lawyer, you will have broad experience of property matters within the Public Sector in order to hit the ground running in this role. The successful lawyer will enjoy a varied and interesting caseload with the chance to develop key skills within a well-supported team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Commercial leases and lease renewals of shops, offices and industrial properties
- Acquisition and sale of commercial premises
- Auction Disposals
- Site Acquisitions
In return, our client is offering a competitive hourly rate of £33-45 per hour depending on experience and attractive flexible working arrangements.
Allocated parking is available on-site and the office is conveniently based for national public transport services.
