The Council is easily accessible be public transport and offers flexible working, so the successful commercial property lawyer will be able to work 1 day from home. Furthermore, the rate is competitive and the team are supportive.
The successful commercial property lawyer will undertake duties such as:
- Commercial leases and licenses
- Licenses to occupy
- Landlord and tenant
- Sales and purchases
Commercial property lawyers with local authority experience are highly desirable but those from private practice backgrounds with relevant experience and skill-set are happily accepted by our client.
