A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Property Lawyer to join a local authority in a South East London Borough. This is a locum position covering maternity leave however this is likely to be extended due to continuing work load.

The successful Property Lawyer will deal with all aspects of commercial property law and some residential matters, including;

  • Landlord and Tenant queries
  • Residential care charges
  • Adverse Possession
  • Academies
  • Easements

The Property Lawyer will get the benefit of joining a friendly and supportive legal team. There is flexible working available including the opportunity to work from home for 2 days a week.

Experience as a Property Lawyer in local authority is ideal, but not essential and those with transferable skills from private practice will be strongly considered.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for shortlisting. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Reyhaneh Tehrani in our Manchester office for a confidential chat.
