You will be available on short notice, with excellent commercial property experience, looking for an opportunity to embark on commercial property legal work of the highest quality, with one of the most talented and supportive teams in the region.

You will be available on short notice, and have a background of ideally high value landlord & tenant matters. Your client delivery skills will be excellent, and you will be used to working within a practice environment, although you will have a good grounding with local authority commercial property legal work.

The role will run for 3 months as a minimum, and you will be available to work 5 days per week (with some remote working once you are up and running). In return for your skills, commitment and professionalism, you will enjoy above average hourly rates, with an opportunity to continue to work outside of IR35. You will be available to work on short notice, and you will be rewarded with a true collegiate atmosphere, a truly exceptional client base, and a great location, in the heart of Kent, close to excellent road and rail networks.
