A great opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer! A well-regarded north London Borough are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team.

This is a varied role which will encompass the broad spectrum of commercial and residential property, including but not limited to:

  • Commercial purchase and sales
  • Right to buy
  • Acquisition and sales of freehold and leasehold land both registered and unregistered, including option agreements
  • Disposals in relation to housing sites and land to the registered provider and development agreements
  • Dealing with lease extensions and enfranchisements
  • Regeneration and Development projects

Commercial Property Lawyers with local authority experience are highly desirable, but our client will strongly consider those from other backgrounds, with relevant and transferable skills.
