A great opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a large West London Borough. This is a locum contract of 3 months and will likely be extended.
The Commercial Property Lawyer will hold their own caseload of matters such as, commercial leases and licenses, landlord and tenant matters, and sales and purchases. They will sit on the wider property team.
Those with local authority experience are strongly encouraged to apply, but our client will happily consider those from other backgrounds with relevant skills. The Commercial Property Lawyer should have a firm grasp of commercial property law and demonstrable experience of the matters listed earlier.
The Commercial Property Lawyer will be able to work from home some days and enjoy the large vibrant team. The Borough offer very competitive rates of pay and an onsite canteen. There are also public transport links located close by to the offices, with links both inside and outside of London.
