We have a wonderful opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a Central London Borough Council. This is an initially locum 3-month contract with the potential to extend.

The Commercial Property Lawyer will be dealing with commercial leases and licenses, sales and purchases, and landlord and tenant matters. Further duties include conveyancing and providing advice to the Council bodies.

Those with prior experience of working in a local authority are highly desirable, but this experience is not essential. The Commercial Property Lawyer should be suitably qualified, solicitor or equivalent.

The Council are a very popular borough with a great reputation; opportunities to join them don't come about often. The central location is very convenient, as are the variety of shops, restaurants and public transport links located nearby to the offices.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Zanub Najmi in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
