An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property lawyer within a quasi-organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property locum to join a well-established, forward-thinking organisation for an initial 3 months.
As an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer you will carry a caseload of Commercial Property matters, such as reports on title, general disposals, queries relating to land, leases, Licenses and Landlord and Tenant, tied in with development overage in the instance of selling land for the developer.
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer, preferably with 5+ years post qualified experience, with a Commercial Property background in either local government or private practice.
