Vacancy for a Commercial Property Lawyer in an East London Borough Council.

Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis, initially for 3 months, with the plan to extend.

The Commercial Property Lawyer should be experienced and ideally will have handled regeneration. It's not a requirement to have worked within a local authority before, but it's advantageous.

Responsibilities will include matters such as:

  • Landlord and tenant
  • Regeneration work
  • Commercial leases and licenses
  • Sales and purchases

Due to current circumstances, the Commercial Property Lawyer will initially be working fully remotely, returning to the council offices once possible, with some working from home.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Emilia Casaus in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
