This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to undertake a varied commercial property role within a popular London local authority.
The successful Property Lawyer will become a valuable asset to a friendly team which predominantly focuses on matters related to Commercial Property. The role will involve dealing with:
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Potentially some regeneration work if this is something you have experience of
The ideal candidate will be a team-player, who is confident in managing their own caseload without supervision. The client is seeking an individual for an initial 3 month period, with the possibility of extension thereafter.
The ideal commercial property lawyer will be enthusiastic, hard working and dynamic. Previous public sector experience is not essential although it would be beneficial.
The role is remote working to start off with, with some return to the office expected on a rota basis at some point in the future.
