Are you an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer looking for a locum position within a well-respected London Borough Council?
Our London Borough client is looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer on a locum-basis. The contract is an initial 3 months with the likelihood to extend on an on-going basis. The role is remote working, with some ad-hoc office attendance and they are looking to pay £38 - £43 per hour, umbrella rate.
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer would ideally have some local government experience, but the client will consider a private practice background.
The caseload will consist of, but not limited to:
- Collective enfranchisement
- Lease extensions
- Developement agreements
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Compulsory purchase orders
- Section 25 notices
