Sellick Partnership are currently working in partnership with a high performing Private Practice, in the recruitment of an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong and confident Commercial Property Lawyer to gain exposure to high profile work including disposals, acquisitions, and general reporting on title work, and advisory work.
Key responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer include reporting on title, general disposals and queries relating to land and advisory work. The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be a qualified lawyer, preferably 5+ years' PQE, have a Commercial Property background from either an in-house environment, or a private practice team.
