Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly team within a highly regarded Public Sector organisation.

As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be required to handle a range of property law matters, including leases, licenses and sales and purchases of land, landlord and tenant matters, and disposals and acquisitions.

The successful candidate will join the team for an initial 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension. For the right candidate, my client will be able to offer flexible working, which can include condensed working hours or working from home arrangements.

Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Commercial Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
