Commercial Property Lawyer
Our client, a Local Authority based in the Southeast is seeking a locum Property Lawyer to join their legal services team on a remote working basis, for 28 hours per week.
This opportunity is offered for an initial period of 3 months, but is subject to extension, pending permanent recruitment.
Responsibilities of the Property Lawyer:
The successful Property Lawyer will be working in a small team, holding responsibility for a mixed caseload of property matters, which may include; leases, assets, wayleaves, sales, licenses, disposals, acquisitions etc.
Experience required for the Property Lawyer:
- Experience in dealing with commercial property matters
- Prior experience within Local Government would be desirable
