We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a Nottinghamshire Local Authority. Our client is offering considerable flexibility in regards to home working.

The Commercial Property Lawyer will ideally have experience in the following aspects of commercial property law including, but not exclusive to:

  • Land assembly agreements
  • Land development and promotion agreements
  • Acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold
  • Understanding of planning and highway law
  • Knowledge of agricultural law
  • Compulsory Purchase Orders

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join a friendly and supportive Local Authority legal team.

The ideal candidate will already have Local Government experience but our client will consider candidates from a private practice background.

The contract is for an initial period of 3 months, however, it is likely that this will be extended.
