Property Lawyer required to join a highly regarderd busy legal team within East of England. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a wide range of Property work, which would include:

  • Right to Buy and support housing and town centre regeneration schemes including CPO work
  • Draft buy back documents
  • Advise and prepared auction packs
  • Act on Landlord and Tenant queries
  • Provide strategic advice to senior officers and members
  • Carry out acquisitions, disposals, property aspects of regeneration schemes

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious commercial property solicitor, who is looking to undertake a diverse workload. Both full time and part time candidates would be considered.

The offices are located near good transport links and our client is able to offer 1-2 days working from home.

The contract is for an initial period of 3 months, however it is likely that this will be extended.
