Superb opportunity available for a highly experienced commercial property law expert to undertake excellent work, whilst enjoying the flexibility of working from home, or an office space local to your home.
A uniquely forward-thinking organisation is actively recruiting for two commercial property lawyers to work on an existing and large caseload of complex, interesting and high profile matters, on behalf of their clients. As an organisation, the focus is on client care, and utilising your vast commercial property experience to problem solve and keep clients requirements moving, to achieve great results for your clients and the organisation.
Ideally, you will have a real cross section of commercial property experience, ranging from dealing with developers, to undertaking the more complex commercial property transactions, including, as an example; leasework, overage and auctions work.
You will be required to travel to the office premises once every few weeks, however, this can be flexible to work around your workflow. You will be required to provide your own IT, however you will be provided with a company laptop, and telecomms.
This is an exciting and unusual opportunity to work with an excellent team, all of whom are highly committed to providing excellent service, as well as working collegiately.
