Flexible Permanent Commercial Property Opportunity for a Private Practice in Kent
Sellick Partnership are working with a Private Practice in Kent; this is a great opportunity for a permanent Commercial Property Lawyer who is looking for challenging and interesting work content along with flexible working.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to carry a caseload of Commercial Property matters, such as reports on title, general disposals, queries relating to land, leases, Licenses and Landlord and Tenant, tied in with development overage in the instance of selling land for the developer.
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer, preferably with 5+ years post qualified experience, with a Commercial Property background in either local government or private practice.
