Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London.


This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a varied Commercial Property role within a local authority.



The successful Property Lawyer will become a valuable asset to a friendly team which predominantly focuses on matters related to Commercial Property. The role will involve:

  • Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Leases
  • Licenses
  • Providing high level of legal Property advice to the Councils, Cabinet and Committee
  • Supervising and advising on Commercial Property projects with some Residential projects
  • Advising on complex agreements relating to Commercial Property

The client is seeking an individual for an initial 3 month period, with the possibility of extension thereafter.
