Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a well regarded Local Authoirty based in East Anglia, over a good length of contract.

The Commercial Property Lawyer will be expected to carry out various responsibilities including:

* Handling a complex property caseload including both commercial and residential property matters

* Drafting documentation for the transfer of large land and property

* Negotiating and drafting commercial Leases

* Managing the sales and acquisitions of land and property

* Providing property conveyancing legal advice to internal clients

In return, a competitive hourly rate will be offered to the successful candidate and flexible working. We advise that both full time and part time candidates apply for the position, as well as those from a Private and Public Sector background.
