Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority in the North- East Region. The Commercial Property Legal Team are looking to recruit someone initially for a 3-6 month period.

The successful candidate for the Commercial Property Lawyer post will be joining a friendly and supportive Legal Team, responsibilities will include handling;

  • Leases and licenses
  • Sales and acquisitions
  • Landlord and Tenant Matter
  • Regeneration Project Work
  • Providing legal advice

The Commercial Property Lawyer will be required to work full-time, however part-time may be considered. We're open to speaking with candidates with either local authority or private practice backgrounds.

The position is initially for up to 6 months but with strong potential that it will be extended beyond this. The local authority offers the option of hybrid or remote working.
